The F67 smallest and fastest leak tester

F67

HIGH SPEED LEAK TESTER FOR INDUSTRIAL QUALITY CONTROL

The F67 is the smallest high-performance leak tester available today. This compact and modular system delivers advanced leak testing capabilities in a very small footprint.

Its modular design allows the unit to be installed close to the part being tested, which improves measurement accuracy. For higher production needs, up to 50 modules can be connected together and controlled through an intuitive touchscreen interface, as illustrated in the F67 demo screen.

Other format includes:

Designed for both automatic and semi-automatic applications, the F67 provides full performance at a competitive cost, combining efficiency, precision, and reliability in your leak testing operations.

F67 TECHNOLOGY

Differential pressure decay is the most widely used leak testing method. It uses a reference volume alongside the test part, which allows the system to compensate for variations in ambient pressure or temperature since both volumes are affected equally.

A leak in the test part creates a pressure difference that is detected by the transducer membrane.

Another key advantage of this method is that measurement accuracy remains stable regardless of the test pressure. The sensor measures the pressure difference between two circuits, unlike traditional pressure decay methods that measure pressure loss relative to atmospheric pressure.

DIRECT MEASUREMENT PRINCIPLE

The part under test 3 and the reference volume 5 are filled to the same pressure. A differential sensor 4 measures any pressure variation between the part under test 3 and the reference volume 5. In some applications, the reference volume 5 can be replaced by a sealed cap.

DESENSITIZED TEST

This mode is used to detect large leaks when the reject threshold exceeds the full scale of the differential sensor. The test pressure is applied directly to the part under test 3, and the measurement is carried out using the pressure sensor 2.
